This Privacy Policy describes how Harve (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, desktop application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This is a working draft—please review with counsel before production use.

Account information. When you register, we may collect your name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided by our identity provider.

Usage and device data. The Services may collect information about how you interact with the app, including active session metadata, app categories, and technical data such as operating system version, subject to your settings and consent flows in the product.

Screen or session recordings. Where you enable recording features, we process data in accordance with in-product disclosures and your choices before submission.

Payment and payout information. Payments and payouts may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full bank account numbers on our servers when those providers handle them.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, and improve the Services; communicate with you; process earnings and payouts; comply with law; and enforce our terms.

3. Sharing

We may share information with service providers who assist us (hosting, analytics, payments, identity), and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Aggregated or de-identified data may be used for research or commercial datasets as described in our product terms.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
